Not Bruins fans now: Chicago Tribune alters its stance on Boston

On the day after the Boston Marathon bombing, the Chicago Tribune did a graphic showing its support for the town and its sports teams.

Well, the stance has changed a bit with the Blackhawks facing the Bruins in the Stanley Cup Final.

  1. How tasteless. A tragedy occurred, and the Trib tried to do something nice to acknowledge it, and now they jokingly deface it to talk about the playoffs. Except the tragedy still occurred. Don’t re-purpose meaningful gestures to talk about Blackhawk fever.
